When APAC Reach first approached our organisation we were cautious about another exercise in outsourcing our tele-marketing having had many attempts at doing so over the years with very little success. However, APAC Reach were experienced in our sector and took the time to listen and then advise on how best to make a success of it. From the outset we were clear with APAC Reach that this was not a ‘project’ or a ‘campaign’ but, just like employing internal resources, was a long-term commitment and as such we had to get it right.
Once we had agreed a framework APAC Reach undertook some detailed research into our company to see how best to discuss our proposition with our target prospects. The great thing to see from the outset was that this was not a ‘scripted’ approach but instead APAC Reach understood what our objectives were and created a broad structure around which to make the calls to our prospect list. When we have subsequently had face-to-face meetings with these prospects they have often commented on the professionalism and personable nature of our sales people – actually the APAC Reach team.
We expected it would take time to get some traction, which it did, but relatively quickly APAC Reach began to deliver results which have now turned into clients. In the early days we had plenty of dialogue to refine the target prospect group and the approach to them and now we are being consistently supplied with new sales opportunities.
We have now committed to use APAC for the duration of our next financial year and believe that this is a sustainable long-term partnership.
