As a new, very small business who had been operating for less than a year when we were approached by Amy at APAC Reach, it was a very tough decision for us as to whether to take the gamble of paying out money we didn’t really have with no guarantee of any returns.
In hindsight, working with Amy was one of the best decisions we could have made. Take out of the equation for a moment that she is a genuinely lovely person, she is also incredibly professional, highly skilled and happy to go beyond her job remit to gain the best for her clients.
She has worked with us in great detail to understand us, our business ethos and our target market, and has enabled us to speak with many people we wouldn’t otherwise have encountered, resulting in an increased contact base, and more importantly, actual new clients.
As apprehensive as we were when this process started, hand on heart, we can say that working with Amy has been an absolute pleasure on a personal basis and a massive business success.
We thoroughly recommend her and APAC Reach to anyone looking to increase their business opportunities.

When APAC Reach first approached our organisation we were cautious about another exercise in outsourcing our tele-marketing having had many attempts at doing so over the years with very little success. However, APAC Reach were experienced in our sector and took the time to listen and then advise on how best to make a success of it. From the outset we were clear with APAC Reach that this was not a ‘project’ or a ‘campaign’ but, just like employing internal resources, was a long-term commitment and as such we had to get it right.
Once we had agreed a framework APAC Reach undertook some detailed research into our company to see how best to discuss our proposition with our target prospects. The great thing to see from the outset was that this was not a ‘scripted’ approach but instead APAC Reach understood what our objectives were and created a broad structure around which to make the calls to our prospect list. When we have subsequently had face-to-face meetings with these prospects they have often commented on the professionalism and personable nature of our sales people – actually the APAC Reach team.
We expected it would take time to get some traction, which it did, but relatively quickly APAC Reach began to deliver results which have now turned into clients. In the early days we had plenty of dialogue to refine the target prospect group and the approach to them and now we are being consistently supplied with new sales opportunities.
We have now committed to use APAC for the duration of our next financial year and believe that this is a sustainable long-term partnership.
“Working with APAC Reach has been a complete pleasure and we trust that this partnership will move from strength to strength in the future as we continue some great work together...
