As a new, very small business who had been operating for less than a year when we were approached by Amy at APAC Reach, it was a very tough decision for us as to whether to take the gamble of paying out money we didn’t really have with no guarantee of any returns.

When APAC Reach first approached our organisation we were cautious about another exercise in outsourcing our tele-marketing having had many attempts at doing so over the years with very little success. However, APAC Reach were experienced in our sector and took the time to listen and then advise on how best to make a success of it. From the outset we were clear with APAC Reach that this was not a ‘project’ or a ‘campaign’ but, just like employing internal resources, was a long-term commitment and as such we had to get it right.
